What is the return policy?

Do you do custom orders?

We offer bespoke sticker packs tailored to your vision, with the option to include up to 10 stickers per pack. If you would like to create a customised set, please contact us at support@attacheaccessories.com with your request and any design details.

Please note that customised sticker packs are priced higher due to their personalised nature and are non-refundable once confirmed.

Production and fulfilment for customised orders typically take between 14 to 21 working days.
Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, we are unable to make changes.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos, and we will resolve this for you.
Where can I use the stickers?

They can be applied to phones, cases, laptops, mirrors, and other smooth surfaces.
Are the stickers waterproof?

Yes, our stickers are designed to be durable and water-resistant.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.
Do I have to pay customs or taxes?

Yes, international orders outside of the UK may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery.

When will I get my order?

Please allow 1–2 working days for your order to be dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

For UK orders, standard delivery takes 2–3 working days.

For international orders within the EU, delivery typically takes 5–7 working days. Worldwide shipping may take up to 10 working days depending on the destination.

Please note that taxes and duties are not included in international orders and may be charged upon delivery.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order, so you will always see the exact cost before completing your purchase.
