my order was sent to a neighbours house and I was not informed at all by Royal Mail I had checked and it showed delivered after I was 100% sure I had not received it. I was very confused as to why I had not received my order until my neighbour had to come and given me my parcel this morning saying it was put through their letterbox yesterday. I understand this is not your fault and it’s Royal Mail who had put me through this inconvenience.
